Business Process Outsourcing by Oliver Villegas
Business process outsourcing(BPO) is contracting business functions, such as accounting, product listing, and advertisements(to name only a few) with a third party service provider. For internet based businesses it may come in the form of web design, call centers, and search engine optimization. Think of it as Company A hiring the services of Company B. Company B takes care of most of the work, and frees Company A to have more time to engage in more important business matters, such as management. BPO may save considerable time and effort, and it may be cheaper to do so. This may be possible due to the differing pay rates across countries. For example, the pay rate in India, or China, for that matter, can go considerably low that it would be more practical to hire Indian or Chinese workers than American workers. There are many sites easily accessible on the internet that provide these services, and certainly, this is an option to be considered in setting up your business.
